Nelly Relaunches Troop Clothing Line
Multi-platinum rapper Nelly has announced plans to expand his fashion portfolio by re-launching Troop Clothing.
The late 80's fashion line popularized by such rap veterans as, LL Cool J, will be introduced to a new generation, Nelly told Dr.Jays.com.
Comprised of both apparel and footwear, Troop Clothing was created in 1986 in the Bronx, New York. Troop is credited as being one of hip-hop's first clothing brands.
Nelly first re-introduced Troop Clothing to fans during a performance at last year's BET Hip-Hop Awards.
This will mark the second brand for Nelly, following his already successful ladies clothing line, Apple Bottoms.

50 Cent Coughs Up 21 Million$
50 Cent has been ordered to pay up after losing a lawsuit filed against him by a photographer. The order came down from the judge this week, after a nearly five-year drag out, ruling that Fif must cough up 21 million$ to the plaintiff.
Jim Alcorn, then a New York Post deputy photo assignment editor, brought the suit against the rap mogul in 2003 after being knocked to the ground by Fif's body guards outside a jewelry shop when he tried to snap a few pictures of the rapper. Fifty had just bought an $18,000 watch, according to the New York Post.
Alcorn was rushed to the hospital where he was found to have neck and jaw injuries.
